Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times:
We ship all orders from Australian supplier warehouses.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 4–14 business days depending on your location and supplier
- Metro Areas (VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, QLD): typically 4–10 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas (WA, NT, TAS): typically 7–14 business days
Delivery times vary by product and supplier. Some items may arrive sooner. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Excludes weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Costs:
Most products include FREE AU shipping. If a product requires additional shipping fees, this will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues:
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier and supplier to investigate the issue. Courier investigations may take up to 10 business days.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Re‑delivery fees may apply
- Refunds for change‑of‑mind returns will exclude shipping costs
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with photos or videos of the issue. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns:
We offer 14‑day change‑of‑mind returns on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns is paid by the customer.
